As of November 15, 2011, hospitalityInside.com has operated on a new server platform with new content management system. The "look & feel" of the site has been retained, though you will notice a whole range of changes in how the site operates, each of these intended to help you find information easier. First though, you must obtain a new password here.
What's new?
New password
Subscribers and registered users will need a new password as a result of the change. Click on the "Forgot password" link in the login area of this website and follow the instructions.
More information on your user account
You will now find three pages under "My hospitalityInside":
- "Personal Data" includes your personal registration data.
- "My Account" provides information on the type of your registrations/subscription, its term and your access rights. You can change your newsletter settings here and set your individual password.
- "Contact and Billing Info" includes company and address data.
Extended search functions
You will find an extended search function on all pages. This allows you to filter your search with the aid of various other criteria. The results list will show most recent articles first, unless you wish to change this.
Improved archive use
In the archive, you can now access individual editions across all years. The individual articles from the respective editions will be listed by heading.
Simplified library access
Library users can now use the regular login on the library page. Separate login is no longer required. It remains necessary to log in through the university IP network, Where remote access is offered, this can be used.

Compatibility
In order to correctly display our site, we recommend use of Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 7 and higher, Mozilla Firefox Version 6 and higher, and for Macs, the Safari Browser Version 5 and higher.
