Die Immobilien stehen auf der Tower Bridge, in Bermondsey, an der London Bridge und in Earls Court. Obowhl 2008 erbaut, sind die Gebäude derzeit noch nicht vollendet und nur teilweise betriebsfähig. Bei Fertigstellung wird es rund 650 Einheiten geben.
