Prantner & Cie is continuing developing interesting hotel and mixed-use properties, strengthen private hoteliers individually and, above all, offer investors and owners profitable investment solutions.

The shareholders of the in 2019 founded Prantner & Cie GmbH, which is based in Hamburg, are Gert Prantner, the architect and investor Oliver Massabni from Vienna, Falkimex AG from Zurich, owned by Henry L. Falk, and Kristof Schütze-Buzello, partner and sole managing director.

Through long-standing cooperation with almost all franchisors, Prantner & Cie aims to make private hotels more successful throughout Europe by integrating them with the right brands on the roof, as well as designing and realizing customized hotel and mixed-use properties. The geographical focus remains the German-speaking countries, but in the future the company is also becoming more active in Italy, Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, and other destinations. Not only A-locations, but also B- and C-locations can be economically and successfully: e.g. in small towns, which proved to be important centers within a 50 km radius. Many small hotels and guesthouses are closing due to a lack of succession. At the same time, tourism is growing, making destinations such as the Harz Mountains, the Thuringian Forest, the Black Forest, the lakes in Lusatia, etc. attractive.
