We are looking for:
Developed or undeveloped land for purchase (preferred) or lease with a gross floor area between 4,500 m² and 12,000 m²in A,B or C cities, for example central city centre locations, exhibition centres, service and office districts, transport hubs; Turnkey hotel projects according to our construction description;Hotel developments for rent/lease; vacant or operator-free conversion properties or mixed-use complexes.
The Premier Inn hotel brand offers premium quality at economy prices in prime locations. The focus is on a dreamy night's sleep for business and leisure travellers. All prices are per room, children up to and including 15 years sleep and have breakfast free of charge. A varied breakfast gives guests an ideal start to the day.
After an outstanding launch of the first Premier Inn hotel at the Frankfurt Trade Fair in 2016, more than 40 hotels are currently in operation across Germany. In total, Premier Inn has secured almost 80 locations with around 15,000 rooms in more than 30 major cities and is thus well on its way to creating an attractive hotel offering throughout Germany.
