Expo Real 2020 with 14 smart partners

New World of Hospitality, new Hospitality Hub, new Marketplace

Munich (September 4, 2020). At the Expo Real Hybrid Summit on 14-15 October 2020, HospitalityInside will present this year's joint hospitality stand with a "Smart Space". 14 partners from the hotel industry, real estate, investment and consulting venture into this new terrain with us.

The stand with the number 36 is located on the ground floor of the ICM next to the entrance to the Planning & Partnerships Forum, which will also host the hotel conference, the HospitalityIndusty Dialogue, on the first day. The co-exhibitors are visible with their logo on the Smart Space of the "World of Hospitality"; the four anchor partners (see below) are personally represented at the stand.

Visitors to the Expo Real Hybrid Summit will find all of our exhibitors in a specially set up virtual exhibition stand on the Expo Real website as well as on the website. Companies who would like to join us now can also still present themselves on the HospitalityInside website - in the new "Marketplace" (see below).

The new "Hospitality Hub" in the hotel

Some companies do not allow their employees to be physically present in Munich, or their schedules prevent it. We therefore offer co-exhibitors and marketplace partners a "Hospitality Hub" as an upgrade in the newly opened apartment hotel MASEVEN in Dornach, also as a package with overnight stay(s), lobby workplace, catering, optional meeting rooms and evening networking. The apartment hotel in Dornach is only one and a half kilometres away from the trade fair.

Anyone who wants to work in the vicinity of the fair and receive business partners in peace and quiet can set up their workplace in the spacious, elongated lobby of MASEVEN during the Summit and present themselves there with their own roll-up. Non-alcoholic drinks including coffee/tea, hot and cold snacks for exhibitors and their guests are included as well as the shuttle on request between the hotel and fair ground (and back).

The "Hospitality Hub Package" at MASEVEN is available without overnight stay for 250 Euro; including 2 overnight stays from 13-15 October it costs 370 Euro, including breakfast. For larger meetings there is a conference table for 6 - 12 persons in the lobby (also separable) and for confidential meetings the largest flat category "Majestic" is available exclusively for 50 Euro per hour (all prices mentioned are gross).

Due to hygiene requirements and social distancing rules, a maximum of 10 workstations can be provided in the lobby. "With the 'Hospitality Hub' we offer meeting and communication possibilities on a smaller scale than at the Summit", explains HospitalityInside's Managing Director Michael Willems this new step. "This solution is ideal for all those who want to avoid large gatherings. At the same time, all digital partners are also virtually present. And those who only attend the Summit as virtual visitors can also follow the conference on their notebook in MASEVEN and discuss live with colleagues over a coffee during the breaks".

Anne Greisel, Executive Assistant of HospitalityInside, will also supervise the virtual reception of the "World of Hospitality" joint stand at the Summit from there. The popular networking event BRICKS & BRAINS will also be smaller this year and will take place outside the fair for the first time: "Hospitality meets Real Estate" is the motto at MASEVEN on 14 October.

For all companies: the new "World of Hospitality Marketplace"

Under the label "Marketplace", this new offer will be activated on in the coming weeks, as a mirror and virtual extension of the World of Hospitality. On the one hand, this is the place for the presentation of our partners, who exhibit with us at trade fairs or cooperate in other projects, and on the other hand for companies who want to advance the industry, be it as hotel group, developer, investor, consultant or other service provider.

The marketplace of HospitalityInside is therefore open to any company, and any events or trade fairs can also be integrated and promoted. Participation costs 1,400 euros per year.
